This return policy is applicable to all products sold by Hh Collection Ltd. Products sold by Hh Collection are subject to a strict no refunds and no exchanges policy due to hygiene reasons.

 

All sales, discounts and prices are final. Products that involve customisations cannot be cancelled once ordered and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Once orders are placed, they are sent across immediately to our manufacturing team to begin work on your order. Therefore, we are unable to cancel/adjust your order once placed.
